If a candidate is offered a place on our programme they must accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ form on the Pyrexia platform. Once this form has been returned the candidate will have secured a provisional place on the CATP.
If after confirming your place it transpires that you are unable to attend in full, for foreseeable reasons e.g. Plab exam, we reserve the right to cancel your place without refund.
To ensure confirmation of a place on the CATP a full payment must be made. Once payment has been received, the candidate’s place on the programme will be secured.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to run the agreed CATP, we will reschedule it to a different date. If a candidate is unable to attend the rescheduled date then a full refund (less admin fees) will be offered at the discretion of the CATP team.
If a candidate wishes to cancel their place on the CATP they must do so in writing via email, clearly stating the reasons why they are no longer able to attend.
Course cancellations are subject to fees depending on the number of days before the commencement of the programme that the cancellation was requested. If cancellation was requested:
More than 21 days before the commencement of the CATP – a deduction of 50% will be made from the programme fees and the rest will be refunded fully to the candidate minus Pyrexia fees.
Candidates cancelling 13 days or less before the start of the programme will forfeit the entire programme fee paid to offset the costs of unfilled places on the programme.
Please note that if a candidate confirms their place on the programme and then only partially attends or does not attend they will not be entitled to a refund and will not be offered a place on a subsequent programme.
All refunds will be processed within 30 working days of the cancellation request being received.
